Yes. Once we received a full admission package, we will begin to review it. That’s why we encourage prospective students to apply as soon as possible. Once the admitted number of students is met, the admission process would stop even before deadline.
We expect our applicants have knowledge of calculus, linear algebra and statistics. These knowledge is helpful for the study in this programme. However, we evaluate each applicant holistically. Mathematics or statistics preparation is not the only factor to consider.
Generally, a student can complete this programme within one full year.
We only provide full-time study.
Admitted students can apply for the dormitories on campus. However, due to limited supply, most students might not be able to live on campus. For more information, please contact the Office of Student Affairs.
“Bridging Courses” are designed to help students to get used to the academic environment and prepare for the first semester course work. These courses mainly cover basic mathematics, statistics, programming knowledge and economic theories. They are free of charge and there are no exams. The Orientation Day provides key information of the programme that should be noted by students and career-related matters.
